With more than 25 years of existence, Silva Simões & Filhos Lda. was founded with the specific aim of gaining a strategic position in civil construction work in terms of finishes, mainly in the execution of plastering, stucco, execution of the thermal waterproofing system from the outside (traditional Capoto) and plasterboard work.
With the success demonstrated in this area, it was decided to take concrete and firm steps towards becoming a general contractor in civil construction. To date, it has carried out work in various areas, such as housing, both villas and multi-family buildings and complexes, as well as exterior fittings, remodeling of commercial spaces and others.
Since image is also an important factor for clients and public opinion, Silva Simões & Filhos Lda. has created a new dynamic, presenting itself with a new logo and the definition of SSF, selling new digital platforms, such as the new website, and investing in some social platforms to publicize its work.
The future lies in the construction of the new headquarters building, scheduled for 2021, and essentially, in continued growth in the domestic market, increasingly seeking to become a solution for the various contracts that arise.
